FEAR OF A BLACK PLANET is a visual Black Horror story based on the spectrum of daily life of Black people. Conceptually, it is a social message that voices the impacts of racism on the Black psyche, whilst subverting the fear that non-black people harbour towards racialised black people. Visually, it strives to create a visceral experience for audiences to feel the plight of Black lives, whilst exercising caution in depicting Black trauma.
